Ingredients
-
1 pound Organic ground pork
1 large Apple (peeled, cored and diced)—honey crisp apples work great
1 large Shallot (minced, ~¼ cup)
1 Egg
½ cup Almond flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Nutmeg
¼ teaspoon Allspice
1/8 teaspoon Ginger
1 teaspoon Salt
6 leaves fresh Sage (chopped); or 1 teaspoon dried sage
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Line a sheet tray with parchment paper.
Whisk egg in a large bowl.
Add rest of ingredients to bowl and mix well (don’t be afraid to use your hands to mix).

Place meatballs on sheet tray and flatten with hands into patties.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Enjoy!
