
Seared Yellowfin Tuna
Team USA beach volleyball player Kelley Kolinske (@kelleykolinske) says this recipe is quickly becoming one of her favorites. Not only is tasty and nutritious, it only takes 5 minutes to prepare and cook!
- 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil
- 6 oz of raw yellowtail tuna
- A bit of salt
- A bit of black pepper
- Cook on medium heat for 2 minutes on both sides
And voila! You have yourself some tasty tuna
