From the kitchen of Haley Lucero (@realfoodwithaltitude) comes this classic food turned into a warm, comforting bowl of soup. Pick any ground meat and don't forget to add your favorite pizza toppings to this Whole30 and Paleo friendly recipe.

Ingredients

1 pound Organic Ground Pork *
1 quart Chicken Broth
1 can Diced Tomatoes (blended until smooth)
14.5 ounces Pizza Sauce
1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
1 Red Bell Pepper (diced)
1 cup Mushrooms (sliced)
½ White Onion (sliced)
¼ cup Olives
1 package Pasta (Hayley recommends shells)
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Parsley
1 teaspoon Basil
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Directions
Heat a pot over medium heat and then add olive oil and ground pork. Cook meat until browned.
Add onions, red bell peppers and mushrooms to the pot and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, pizza sauce, olives and seasonings to the pot. Bring to a boil and then simmer for about 20 minutes.
While pot is simmering, cook pasta according to directions on the package.
Add pasta to the pot, serve and enjoy!

* Or substitute in your favorite ground meat.
