Penny's Balsamic Glazed Mini Turkey Loaves are a delicious and healthy twist on traditional meatloaf. Made with ground turkey, almond flour, and a savory blend of spices, these mini meat loaves are packed with flavor and protein. Ingredients

2 lbs Ground Turkey
1 cup Onion, diced
1 tbsp Ghee
2 Eggs
½ cup Almond Flour or Italian Nut Crumbs
1 tsp Garlic Powder (omit if using nut crumbs)
1 tsp Salt (omit if using nut crumbs)
½ tsp Pepper (omit if using nut crumbs)
½ cup + 2 tbsp Ketchup, divided
2 tbsp + 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar, divided
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line a rimmed pan with parchment paper
Mix 2 tbsp Ketchup with 1 tbsp Balsamic and set aside
Melt ghee, add onions & cook till browning
Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl & mix well
Shape into 8 mini meat loaves & place on pan
Spoon Ketchup mixture over each loaf
Bake 25-30 minutes and Enjoy!
