A simple and delicious way to spice up your chicken, this Harissa Marinade recipe from Hayley Lucero (@realfoodwithaltitude) is the perfect weeknight meal or lunch prep. To get maximum flavor, be sure to plan to ahead so you can let the chicken marinate for 1-2 hours.

Ingredients
-
2 pounds Organic Free-Range Chicken Breast (cubed)
2 tablespoons Harissa
½ Lemon (juiced)
¼ cup Olive Oil
½ teaspoon Paprika
½ teaspoon Cumin
¼ teaspoon Oregano
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Directions
Add all the ingredients, except the chicken, to a bowl. Mix until combined to create the marinade.
Put the cubed chicken into a large resealable container, or ziplock bag, and add the marinade. Refrigerate the chicken in the marinade for up to two hours.
Heat the grill, or a skillet, over medium heat.
Add the chicken to the grill or skillet and cook on each side for about four minutes. Keep turning every three to four minutes until internal temperature reaches 165° F.
Serve over your favorite veggies and rice or alongside your favorite side dish.
