Craving kabobs but don't have time for all the prep? This "deconstructed" approach from Hayley Lucero has all the classic kabob components without all the prep. Hayley uses a store bought marinade to save time or make your own from scratch!

Ingredients
-
1 lbs. organic grass-fed beef tenderloin tips
2 cups pineapple (cubed)
1 green bell pepper (cubed)
1 red onion (cubed)
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt & pepper
1 bottle of The New Primal Classic Marinade (or your favorite bottled or homemade marinade)
Directions
Combine all the ingredients into a gallon size ziplock bag or a reusable airtight container. Marinade in the fridge for 1-4 hours.
When you are ready to cook, heat a large pan (I like cast iron) to medium high heat. Pour everything that has been marinated, including the sauce, into the pan.
Cook for 20 minutes or until the meat is cooked through and veggies are fork tender.
Serve over your favorite grain or veggie (cauliflower rice, rice, quinoa).
