
Crispy Teriyaki Salmon with Rice & Vegetables
Ingredients:
Skin-on Salmon
Teriyaki Sauce, your choice
Garnish options: Furikake, sesame seeds and scallions

Method:
Pat dry salmon and score skin.
Sear skin side down first on medium high for 3-4 minutes or until skin is golden crispy.
Flip salmon and pour in teriyaki sauce, avoiding the crispy skin, just until salmon is in a shallow pool of sauce.
Cook for another 2 min. And remove from heat.

Cooked Brown Rice
Black Garlic and Umami seasoning fromย @traderjoes
Scallions

Method:
Sautรฉ onions and mushroom
Add cooked brown rice
Season with umami seasoning and black garlic
Salt to taste. Garnish with scallions

Vegetables of choice, frozen or fresh
Chili Garlic pasteย @leekumkeeusa
1-2 tsp arrowroot powder dissolved in a shot glass of water.
Method:
Sautรฉ your vegetables until almost cooked.
Add 1-2 tbsp. Chili Garlic Sauce. Sauce a couple minutes.
Add arrowroot and water mixture to the sautรฉ to create a glossy sauce.
Add more water if sauce is too thick or a splash of coconut aminos.
