Crispy Smashed Baby Potato Tater Tots

Tater tots are always a family favorite and this easy recipe from Penny Kovacs (@pennysprimal) is sure to be a hit!

Ingredients
3 lbs Whole baby potatoes (any kind)
1 tbsp. Dill
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
1 tbsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Paprika
Olive oil or avocado oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F and line a sheet tray with parchment.
Boil potatoes until soft. Drain and cool.
Line a rimmed sheet tray with parchment and lay out cooled potatoes on the sheet tray. Smash potatoes gently with bottom of a glass.
Drizzle generously with oil.
Sprinkle spices over potatoes.
Roast in oven for 30-40 minutes or until crispy.
Serve and enjoy!
