This quick and easy Whole30 and Paleo-friendly recipe from @pennysprimal is laced with a flavorful bacon flavor so it's sure to become a family favorite!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup Blanched Almond Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Primal Palate Amore
  • 1 whole Egg, whisked
  • 1/4 cup Onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp Ketchup, for top of meatloaf
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 6 pieces Bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/4 cup Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine in a bowl, egg, flour, onions, spice, ketchup, parsley and bacon.
  3. Mix well and form into shape.
  4. Place in casserole dish.
  5. Top with 2 tbsp ketchup.
  6. Bake 45 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
