This quick and easy Whole30 and Paleo-friendly recipe from Penny Kovacs (@pennysprimal) is laced with a flavorful bacon flavor. It's sure to become a family favorite!

Ingredients

1 lb Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup Blanched Almond Flour
- 1 Tbsp Primal Palate Amore
- 1 whole Egg, whisked
- 1/4 cup Onion, diced
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 2 Tbsp Ketchup, for top of meatloaf
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

6 pieces Bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/4 cup Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine in a bowl, egg, flour, onions, spice, ketchup, parsley and bacon.
Mix well and form into shape.
Place in casserole dish.
Top with 2 tbsp ketchup.
Bake 45 minutes.
