Serves 3-4 people



  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees;
  2. Rinse vegetables and chop into small pieces;
  3. Toss vegetables with oil, sea salt and garlic powder;
  4. Place seasoned vegetables on a parchment paper lined sheet tray and then layer on bacon slices; 
  5. Roast for 25-40 minutes depending on your oven and preferred level of crispiness;
